Florian Schaller (48) manages a 19-hectare farm with crops and forestry. With dedication, expertise, and heart, he ensures the farm is sustainably run.

Friendly and helpful, he takes care of both the farm and his guests’ well-being. Those interested in farming, nature, or mountain life will feel right at home with him.

🍰 Barbara Schaller – Warmth & Homemade Delights

Barbara (45) supports Florian in the family business. She lovingly prepares delicious homemade dishes and spoils guests with regional South Tyrolean specialties.

The children bring life and joy to the farm:

• Sophia (11) loves horses and dreams of becoming a pastry chef.
• David (5) enjoys experimenting with natural materials and loves playing soccer.
